Calendly collects discovery-call qualification information and schedules appointments for The Storage Mentor. There is no separate website intake form. Booking information is transferred through Zapier to our private Google Sheets prospect tracker so Shane can manage inquiries and follow-up.
Information collected and why
The live Calendly booking page asks for contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number, together with facility details and your consulting goals. The questions cover your facility name and location, the number of facilities you own, approximate units, your primary challenge, and what you hope to accomplish. Calendly identifies which questions are required.
Shane uses this information to prepare for the discovery call, evaluate consulting fit, respond to your inquiry, and manage appointment details and follow-up. Please do not include tenant information, bank details, tax returns, or financial statements in booking responses.
How booking information moves through our systems
- Calendly: Collects booking and qualification responses and manages scheduling, confirmations, and configured appointment reminders.
- Zapier: Transfers booking information from Calendly to the Google Sheets prospect tracker through the configured automation.
- Google Sheets: Holds prospect and booking information used to manage inquiries, call status, and business follow-up.
- Google Calendar: Receives scheduled appointment details and supports the configured calendar synchronization.
- Zoom: Provides the meeting connection for discovery calls.
- Gmail: Handles email communications with Shane at thestoragementor@gmail.com.
These providers process information as part of delivering their services. The website does not operate a second intake database or ask you to submit the same qualification information twice.
Embedded scheduling and cookies
The Discovery Call page embeds Calendly’s live scheduler. Loading that page connects your browser to Calendly and its service providers. You may also open the same booking event in a separate tab. Calendly presents its own privacy notice and cookie choices within its service. Review Calendly’s privacy notice for details about its processing.
Appointment messages and follow-up
Calendly sends appointment communications according to the configured event settings. Where text reminders are offered, the booking page presents the phone-number field and applicable choices. Providing information for a discovery call does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or purchase a consulting engagement.
Shane may contact you about your inquiry, your appointment, and appropriate next steps. If you email Shane directly, your email provider and the receiving Gmail service process the message.
Correction or deletion requests
To request correction or deletion of information shared with The Storage Mentor, email thestoragementor@gmail.com and identify the inquiry or appointment involved. Please do not attach sensitive documents. Requests concerning information held independently by a service provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
Website analytics
No Google Analytics destination is configured in this version. Local website event hooks do not transmit contact details, qualification responses, or a booking history to an analytics service. Calendly’s own processing within its scheduler is described in its privacy notice.
Education and outcomes
The Storage Mentor provides consulting, education, analysis, and recommendations. Owners are responsible for decisions and implementation. Illustrative property values are not appraisals. Financial, operational, financing, and sale outcomes are not guaranteed.
Authentic property photography
Photographs and site maps were supplied by Shane Chapin. The homepage features Macon Storage Center. Other gallery photographs describe the visible setting without assigning unverified facility names, locations, or acquisition dates. Images are resized for web display, and site maps preserve the supplied property layout.
